Originally from Australia, Joel moved to Hong Kong in 2017, bringing along years of front-of-house experience, managing everything from hotels, restaurants, bars to cafes.
As a vegan, Joel finds his personal beliefs aligned with those of OUR CHEF PEGGY CHEN, when it comes to animal welfare, sustainability and the environment. Joel and his towering stature won’t be hard to miss; he’ll be looking forward to meeting every guest who walks through the ASPHODELI door.
